Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a secure, tracked courier service.

Consultation fees, where applicable and clearly stated at the time of booking, are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
